Combine Arrays

L1 Easy Arrays & Hashing
Concept
Concatenation appends one array after another. It is the simplest way to merge two sequences when order matters.
Return a single array formed by all of a followed by all of b.
Examples
▸ a = [1, 2], b = [3, 4]
→ [1, 2, 3, 4]
▸ a = [], b = [1]
→ [1]
▸ a = [1, 2], b = []
→ [1, 2]
Progressive Hints
Hint 1 · Nudge
One array after the other, order preserved.
Hint 2 · Plan
Create a new array, copy all of a into it, then append every element of b. Return the result.
Hint 3 · Approach
result = copy of a. Append every element of b. Return result.
