1. Terms Acceptance

By accessing or using iOS Dev India (www.iosdev.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Services

iOS Dev India is a community-driven educational platform providing:

  • An educational roadmap for iOS platform engineering.
  • An interactive Swift DSA compiler lab.
  • Verified developer profiles, portfolios, and roadmap trackers.
  • Curated jobs and community event listings.

3. Account Profiles & Submissions

When creating developer profiles, portfolios, submitting jobs, or events:

  • You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, specifically regarding your employment history, credentials, and skills.
  • You warrant that you have the right to recruit, host events, or publish professional details on behalf of the company/organizer or yourself.
  • All profiles and postings are subject to moderation and approval. We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or delete any profile or submission that contains spam, misleading credentials, or violations of community guidelines.
  • You must not upload malicious code to the Swift DSA compiler lab or execute scripts designed to abuse, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its sandbox infrastructure.

4. Community Standards

Our community requires professional conduct. We adhere to the standard of "depth over shortcuts." Members who participate in harassment, advertising, or low-signal spam will be immediately removed from the community cohorts, WhatsApp networks, and regional meetup directories, and may have their Developer Profile suspended.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, structure, design, and graphics on this website are the property of iOS Dev India and its contributors. Code challenges and roadmap links remain the copyright of their respective authors. You are permitted to use our roadmap and DSA sandbox for personal study.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All information and tools (including the Swift compiler sandbox and roadmap status trackers) are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iOS Dev India or its maintainers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use this platform.
